Special Event Photography & Videography

Coverage for moments that happen once — and move fast.

Our special event photography and videography services are built to capture live moments as they unfold, without getting in the way of the experience. From weddings and bar or bat mitzvahs to trade shows, concerts, festivals, corporate events, birthdays, and celebrations of all kinds, we document events with care, awareness, and intention.

Events don’t pause for cameras, so our approach is flexible and responsive. We focus on storytelling, atmosphere, and the details that matter — the big moments, the in-between moments, and the things you didn’t even realize were happening until you see them later.

Because photography and video naturally overlap in event coverage, we plan them together. That means consistent visual tone, coordinated timing, and a smoother experience overall. Whether you need a full highlight film, social-ready clips, clean documentation, or a polished photo gallery, we tailor coverage to the scale and style of your event.

We’re experienced working in busy, fast-moving environments and comfortable navigating crowds, schedules, lighting challenges, and live performances. The goal is simple: capture the energy, emotion, and purpose of the event while letting it stay your event.

From personal milestones to large-scale gatherings, we deliver visuals that help you remember, share, and relive the experience long after the lights come back on.

Pricing

Special event photography and videography projects are structured around three core components: pre-production coordination, on-site coverage, and post-production editing. Each project is scoped based on event schedule, coverage needs, and desired final deliverables.

Production rates reflect on-site shooting time with professional crew support. Post-production (editing, color correction, audio refinement, and final formatting) is billed separately based on scope and runtime. Standard event usage for personal, organizational, and promotional purposes is included.

Every event begins with a consultation to confirm schedule, coverage priorities, and delivery expectations so pricing remains clear, organized, and aligned with your event goals.
