Pricing
At Coffee-Stained Media, our photography pricing is designed to be clear, fair, and predictable. Each session includes a curated selection of professionally edited images based on session length. This ensures every client receives a strong, polished gallery without being overwhelmed by volume or pressured into purchasing unnecessary upgrades.
Add-ons are available for clients who would like expanded options, out-of-studio shoots, or expedited delivery. All add-ons are optional and transparently priced. Commercial use and copyright transfers are governed by our Image Licensing policy.

That’s completely okay. Most people feel that way at first. Sessions are guided, relaxed, and collaborative. You don’t need modeling experience — we’ll direct you naturally and help you settle into the process.
Yes. We adjust pacing, direction, and expectations to match the person, not the other way around. Energy levels, comfort zones, and personalities are all part of the session design.
The number of looks depends on your session length and the complexity of coverage. We’ll help you plan ahead so outfit changes feel smooth and efficient without cutting into your shooting time. 30 minutes is generally enough time to cover 1 look, while 1 hour shoots cover 2-3, 2 hour shoots cover 4-6, and 3 hour shoots cover 6-8.
We clean floors and props between sessions to reduce unfamiliar scents, keep the environment calm and predictable, and use dog- and cat-safe pheromone diffusers to promote relaxation. We also allow extra time for pets to explore and settle in before shooting.
Breaks are encouraged. Outfit changes, water, resetting, or just a moment to breathe are all normal and built into the flow of the session.
Yes. Immediate family members, couples, or collaborative portraits are welcome. If you’re planning a larger group or extended family session, we’ll help determine the right coverage time.
Absolutely. A friend, partner, or parent can be helpful for encouragement and support. We may guide them on where to stand so the focus stays on you.
Perfect posing is unnecessary. We focus on personality, expression, and presence. Some sessions are polished and structured, others are candid and relaxed. We’ll find what fits you best.
Absolutely. Whether you prefer classic, creative, dramatic, lifestyle, or minimal, we’ll discuss tone and aesthetic in advance to ensure the session reflects your personality and goals.
You’ll receive a curated gallery of finished images that reflect who you are — not just how you look, but your energy, style, and personality. All are available for professional printing.
You don’t need to worry about being photogenic, knowing how to pose, or looking perfect. We’ll guide you through the process and adjust as needed. Your job is simply to show up as yourself.
Sessions can take place in-studio or on location, depending on the look and feel you’re going for. We’ll discuss your vision in advance and choose a setting that complements your style and goals.
Bring outfits that make you feel confident and comfortable. Layers, accessories, and subtle variations can create visual variety. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to offer guidance beforehand.

Galleries are typically delivered within 5–7 business days unless expedited delivery is selected. You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can download your included images and select additional favorites if desired.
