Commercial & Corporate Photography & Videography

Visual content built to work — across screens, platforms, and the real world.

Our commercial photography and videography services are designed to support brands wherever they show up. From full commercials to online advertising, pre-roll ads, and social media campaigns, we create visual assets that are intentional, adaptable, and ready to perform.

We handle the entire process in-house: concept development, writing, shooting, and editing. That means fewer handoffs, clearer communication, and work that stays aligned from the first idea through final delivery. Whether you need polished studio imagery, cinematic video, or fast-turnaround content for digital platforms, we tailor the approach to fit your goals and audience.

Commercial photography and videography often overlap in how they’re planned and executed, so we treat them as part of the same ecosystem. Still images and motion are developed together, ensuring consistency in lighting, tone, and brand presence — not just for a single campaign, but across everything you publish.

We work directly from your brand assets — logos, color palettes, style guides, and existing materials — and extend them thoughtfully into visuals that live online and in the physical world. That might mean ad graphics, social clips, website imagery, signage, printed materials, or branded objects and displays.

Whether you’re launching something new, refreshing existing content, or building a long-term visual library, our focus is on creating commercial work that feels cohesive, professional, and genuinely useful — not just good-looking for a moment.

Pricing

Commercial photography and videography projects are structured around four core components: pre-production, production, post-production, and licensing. Each phase is scoped based on your goals, deliverables, and intended distribution.

Production rates reflect on-site shooting time and professional crew support. Post-production (editing, color, audio, and finishing) is billed separately based on scope and runtime. All final deliverables are governed by a usage-based licensing agreement tailored to your distribution needs. Full copyright transfers are available upon request.

Every commercial project begins with a consultation to define scope, timeline, and usage so pricing remains clear, intentional, and aligned with your objectives.

Questions? We’ve got you covered.

Commercial projects are structured in phases: pre-production, production, post-production, and licensing. Final pricing depends on scope, deliverables, and intended distribution.

Production covers on-site shooting time with professional crew, lighting, and equipment. Editing and licensing are scoped separately based on your project needs.

For photography, you receive a curated gallery of professionally finished images. For video, you receive the finalized edited deliverables; raw footage is not included unless agreed upon in advance.

Video editing is billed hourly and typically averages about two hours of post-production per finished minute of content. This is a general estimate, as project complexity can significantly increase or decrease this time. Commercial photo retouching is billed hourly or per image depending on complexity.

Pre-production may include creative planning, shot lists, scripting, scheduling, coordination, location preparation, and logistical organization prior to shoot day.

Yes. We can collaborate on creative direction, messaging, and scripting during pre-production to ensure your visuals align with your brand goals.

Turnaround depends on project scope and editing requirements. Standard timelines are discussed during consultation and outlined in your agreement.

Licensing is based on intended usage and distribution scope. Regional, national, and global usage options are available. Expanded usage and copyright transfers can be added when needed.

Licensing can be expanded at any time. If your campaign grows, we simply adjust the agreement to match the new distribution scope.

Yes. Many commercial clients combine photography and video during the same production window for efficiency and consistency. When scheduled together, shared crew time, lighting setups, and location coordination can reduce overall production time and streamline costs. Each medium is still scoped and billed appropriately, but overlapping logistics are handled efficiently to maximize value.

Absolutely. Projects are scaled to match your needs, whether you’re launching locally or running a broader campaign.

We operate in the greater Seattle area and can travel for regional or national projects as needed. Travel fees apply.

For best availability, we recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance. Larger productions may require additional planning time.

If additional time, edits, or deliverables are required, we’ll outline any changes clearly before proceeding. Transparency is important to us.

Every commercial project begins with a consultation to clarify goals, scope, timeline, and distribution. From there, we provide a structured proposal tailored to your needs.
